Scope and mission
Open Journal of Dermatology and Skin Sciences (OJDSS) is an international, peer-reviewed, and open access journal which focuses on improving research, education, and practical practices in dermatology and skin sciences. It provides a world platform for dermatologists, medical professionals, researchers, academicians, and experts in the field of skin diseases and disorders to disseminate their high-quality research which helps improve the study, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin disorders.
Original research articles, review articles, case studies, case reports, and evidence-based research on dermatological sciences and related fields are covered in OJDSS. In addition to publishing high-quality research articles, OJDSS aims to bridge the gap between scientific research and clinical practice through research innovations in dermatology and skin diseases.
Open Journal of Dermatology and Skin Sciences is pleased to receive submissions on topics like clinical dermatology, skin disorders, dermatological treatment, cosmetic dermatology, cutaneous biology, dermatopathology, skin cancers, pediatric dermatology, immunodermatology, wound healing, aesthetic medicine, and preventive skin care, among other areas. Interdisciplinary research that merges dermatology with advances in technology, pharmaceutical sciences, and public health measures to overcome current and future issues in skin care is also invited.
