  • Providing timely responses and completing reviews within the given timeline. If unable to review, editors may recommend suitable reviewers.
  • Following publication ethics, data protection policies, and confidentiality guidelines throughout the review process.
  • Ensuring patient consent and authenticity in case reports or clinical photographs whenever required.
  • Making fair decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts based on quality, originality, scientific value, clarity, and relevance to the journal scope.
  • Supporting the journal in publishing high-quality research on time through an effective and professional peer review system.

The final editorial decision regarding a manuscript will remain solely with the Editorial Board without external influence or interference.

The responsibilities of Associate Editors include:

  • Assisting in the peer review and evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
  • Supporting the growth and development of the journal through professional collaboration with editorial board members.

  • Informing the editorial office if they are unavailable to review a manuscript due to workload, so that it can be assigned to another suitable editor or reviewer.
  • Recommending qualified reviewers whenever necessary.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and protecting author and patient information throughout the review process.
  • Ensuring that proper written informed consent is obtained for case reports, clinical details, or patient photographs whenever applicable.
