Guidelines

Publication Process

Velnora Publications follows a transparent, efficient, and rigorous publication process to ensure the quality, integrity, and scholarly value of all published research. Each manuscript undergoes multiple stages of evaluation, from initial submission to final publication, with the objective of maintaining high academic and ethical standards.

Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system. All submissions must comply with the journal's author guidelines, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and publication policies. Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other publication.

Initial Editorial Assessment

Upon submission, the editorial office conducts a preliminary review to assess the manuscript's scope, structure, originality, and compliance with journal requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's standards or fall outside the journal's scope may be returned to the authors before peer review.

Peer Review Process

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to qualified independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The peer-review process evaluates the scientific quality, originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and relevance of the research. Reviewers provide recommendations that assist the editorial team in making publication decisions. Velnora Publications follows a double-blind peer-review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review. The peer-review process generally takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on the availability of reviewers and the complexity of the manuscript.

Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer comments and editorial evaluation, the manuscript may be accepted, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. Authors receiving revision requests are expected to address reviewer comments and resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified timeframe.

Acceptance and Production

Once a manuscript is accepted, it enters the production stage. The manuscript undergoes copyediting, formatting, proofreading, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and publication readiness. Authors may be asked to review proofs and approve final corrections before publication.

Online Publication

Following acceptance, the production process is typically completed within 17 to 21 days, subject to the timely completion of editorial and author proofing requirements. Upon completion of production and final approval, the article is published online and made immediately available through the journal's open-access platform. Published articles receive permanent citation information and become accessible to readers worldwide.

Indexing and Archiving

Published articles are preserved through appropriate archiving practices and may be submitted to relevant indexing and abstracting services according to the journal's policies and eligibility requirements. This enhances the visibility, accessibility, and long-term availability of scholarly content.
