Withdrawal Policy

Authors should submit only when they are ready to proceed, because withdrawal after editorial processing consumes review and production resources.

Before Submission

Corresponding authors should confirm author agreement, manuscript readiness, journal fit, funding, and ethical approvals before submitting the manuscript.

After Processing Begins

If withdrawal is requested after the manuscript has entered editorial or production processing, the journal may recover part of the processing cost.

  • Notify the editorial office immediately if withdrawal is unavoidable.
  • Provide the manuscript title, tracking number, and reason for withdrawal.
  • A fee of up to 30% of the processing fee may apply after processing.
