Biography

Zebish Shah is a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Criminology at the University of Sargodha, Pakistan. She holds an M.Phil. in Sociology and has eight years of University-level teaching experience. Her research interests include sociology of health, healthcare access and inequality, gender studies, women’s health and well-being, youth studies, digital media, education, migration and environmental sociology. Her research has addressed healthcare inequalities among rural women, women’s health and fatigue, gender-based violence, digital media and psychological well-being, inclusive education and brain-drain intentions among university students. She has published research in national and international journals and presented her work at academic conferences. She has also contributed to scholarly peer review for the Journal of Education, Society and Behavioural Science (ISSN 2456-981X), with review activity recorded through the Clarivate platform. Her methodological interests include quantitative and Qualitative research, survey methods, statistical analysis and thematic analysis.
