Biography
Yusuf Muhammad Sanyinna is a Nigerian researcher and academic with a background in Parasitology and a strong interest in public health, environmental sustainability, and infectious disease epidemiology. His research focuses on the molecular epidemiology of intestinal helminth infections and the interactions between environmental pollution and disease transmission in Nigeria. He has conducted studies on parasitic infections among humans and livestock, contributing to efforts aimed at improving disease control and public health outcomes. Beyond parasitology, his research interests extend to environmental protection and sustainable solutions for the petroleum industry, particularly the development of eco-friendly oil spill dispersants for the restoration and conservation of Nigeria's marine ecosystems. He is committed to advancing scientific knowledge through interdisciplinary research that addresses pressing health and environmental challenges. He aspires to pursue doctoral studies and build a career in research, teaching, and scientific innovation. His long-term goal is to contribute to evidence-based policies and sustainable technologies that promote environmental conservation, public health, and socioeconomic development in Nigeria and beyond.
