Biography
Dr. Roger De La Cerna-Luna is a physiatrist at Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins in Lima, Peru. He serves as a Consultant for the Brain Health Unit of the WHO and as Vice-Chair of the Workforce Workstream of the WRA. He is a member of the Scientific Committee for the 2027 ISPRM Congress and a participant in the AAP Program for Academic Leadership. He is the recipient of the 2025 ISPRM Distinguished Researcher – Early Career Award and is the lead author of two books and more than 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
