Biography
I am currently an R&D Scientist at Glanbia based out of Twin Falls, ID, USA, where I work in food product development with a focus on high-protein dairy and plant-based food applications. My work involves formulation and product development, ingredient research, prototype optimization, and translating technical concepts into practical food solutions. I hold a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where my research focused on food microbiology and microbial regulatory mechanisms. I also have prior industry experience through internships with The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé.
I have published several articles and book chapters and have served as a peer reviewer for multiple scientific journals. I am also actively involved in the food science community through the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and have been nominated as a member of Phi Tau Sigma, the Honor Society of Food Science and Technology
