Biography
Neha Chatterjee currently an R&D Scientist at Glanbia based out of Twin Falls, ID, USA, where she work in food product development with a focus on high-protein dairy and plant-based food applications. Her work involves formulation and product development, ingredient research, prototype optimization, and translating technical concepts into practical food solutions. She holds Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where my research focused on food microbiology and microbial regulatory mechanisms. She also have prior industry experience through internships with The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé. She published several articles and book chapters and have served as a peer reviewer for multiple scientific journals. She also actively involved in the food science community through the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and have been nominated as a member of Phi Tau Sigma, the Honor Society of Food Science and Technology
