Biography
Labeeba Nusrat is a medical graduate and neuroscience researcher with a BSc and MSc in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto. Her graduate research examined neural repair and recovery in preclinical models of stroke, resulting in first-author peer-reviewed work. She has also contributed to collaborative research in glioblastoma published in high-impact journals. Her subsequent medical training and clinical experiences have strengthened her interests in neurosurgery, neurological rehabilitation, functional recovery, and multidisciplinary care for patients with complex neurological conditions.
