Biography
Cem Özlük completed his medical education at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2006. He continued postgraduate training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology, qualifying as a Urologist in 2012. He continues his professional work at his practice in Muratpaşa, Antalya. His formal specialty is Urology; andrology, male reproductive and sexual health, and male genital aesthetics are principal areas of practice within that specialty. His consultations include erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, male infertility, varicocele, Peyronie’s disease, HPV and genital warts, as well as penile lengthening and girth procedures, penile fillers, fat transfer, pubic-area and buried-penis concerns, and scrotal aesthetics. The reason for attendance, medical history, anatomy, expectations, and the limits of surgical and non-surgical options are considered together.
In 2015 he attended the International Academy of Penoplasty programme in Penoplasty – Cosmetic Penile Enhancement Surgery. As founder of Apex Andrology Academy, he contributes to the development of physician programmes and professional knowledge sharing in non-surgical genital aesthetics, cosmetic penile surgery, penile prosthesis and reconstructive topics. Programme content and teaching teams may vary by course and date.
He is also a co-author of a multicentre randomised study on pain control after percutaneous nephrolithotomy, published in Urology in 2013.
