Biography
Dr. Angelo Jose Rinaldi is a Pharmacist-Biochemist and researcher with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the Federal University of Vicosa (UFV), Brazil. His research focuses on molecular biochemistry, proteomics, molecular biology, protein characterization, enzymology, structural bioinformatics and biotechnology. His work has involved the integration of proteomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic, biochemical and computational approaches, particularly in the study of insect physiology, insect–plant interactions, bioactive proteins and molecular mechanisms of protein function. He has research experience at UFV and Embrapa Dairy Cattle and is interested in the application of omics technologies to biological and biotechnological research.
