Biography
Aleksandra Dimitrovska is born on 02.04.1981 in Skopje, Macedonia. High school she finished on economy in 1999, while university studies she finished on psychology in 2005. Master thesis she defended on pioneering subject in police psychology in 2011, while PhD she got on pioneering area named as operational or national security psychology in January 2015. In 2009 she passed seven days of military special forces selection course on the field, what was the idea for PhD subject and area also. She is an author of more than thirty scientific papers most of them are results of scientific researches she was a part of as: research for private security agencies, military academy curricula, prison male population, mostly lifers and homicides, researches in special forces and some other police officers, homicides in Skopje measured by police statistics and str. She passed many training from different areas that shows her interdisciplinary approach, as: HR training in Beograd Serbia, REBT psychotherapy training of 100 hours about PTSD in Novi Sad Serbia, more than 500 hours integrative psychotherapy in Skopje Macedonia and str. In 2012 she passed human trafficking training in Israel where she presented Macedonian case and became a member of MASHAV International Shalom club.
She was working as national consultant in Council of Europe prison project in Macedonia, where were implemented a new risk assessment instrument and CBT program for prison treatment by prison personnel training, in 2014 till 2016. Than she was demonstrator in Faculty of security in 2014, lecturer in Military academy Military summer campus international project on the field academic part in 2012 and 2016, book editor expert in project of Ministry of culture and str. From 2011 to 2015 she was a protocol for international corporative events in Macedonian Israeli Business club. She is licensed in military psychology from the Psychological Chamber of North Macedonia. Now she works as a professor on psychological and security subjects on MIT University Skopje Macedonia. She works on scientific papers from psychology of national security, military psychology and forensic psychology area.
