Biography
Anthony Akpan is a researcher in philosophy, public policy, and artificial intelligence governance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Jos and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of the People. His research focuses on responsible AI, institutional accountability, digital governance, public sector innovation, and sustainable development. He has published scholarly research in AI ethics and philosophy and serves as a peer reviewer for international academic journals. His work seeks to bridge philosophy, governance, and emerging technologies by developing institutional frameworks that promote ethical, accountable, and human-centered AI systems for the public good.
